These terms apply to your use of the Prime Choice Motors website. By using the site you accept them.

Price excludes tax, title, registration and dealer fees. We try to keep every listing correct, but a car can be sold or its details can change. Your agent confirms the price and the details before you sign.

Book now sends a purchase request. It is not a contract and does not hold the car. The car is reserved once you and your agent start the paperwork. The sale is made only by the signed sale documents.

The return window and the included warranty are described on the Warranty & returns page and in your sale documents. The sale documents take priority.

Do not misuse the site, try to access other people's data, or send unlawful content through our forms.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
